ITSHERWAY’S PIONEERING EFFORT TO TAKE COMMUNITY MARKETS ONLINE

ItsHerWays’s Tech-Powered Pop-Up is a pioneering and structured effort to address the provisional closure of community markets, pop-ups and exhibitions that has adversely affected SMEs. It offers everything that e-commerce does – with the added value of human connection. Shepreneurs of ItsHerWay Tribe will display their products pop-up style in their homes. They will be given exclusive slots to talk about their products and packaging and how they, together with our trusted last mile delivery partner PostaPlus, assure compliance with the current sanitization regulations. The buyers will be able to communicate directly with the sellers and will then be redirected to purchase their chosen products through ItsHerStore.com.

ItsHerWay is driven by the core value of empowerment and financial independence of women which it achieves through its two e-commerce channels – ItsHerStore.com and ItsHerSkill.com. The former is the online platform for retailing products and the latter is where professional women share their expertise through various services. Established as well as new female owned business can easily sell through these platforms without the need of a trade license. Currently, the number of active users on ItsHerStore holds at 300+ and on ItsHerSkill at 100+.

ItsHerWay aims to build a fully supportive ecosystem for women entrepreneurs through 3Cs. Under current circumstances, ItsHerWay has implemented the 3C framework in the following manner:

Additionally, ItsHerWay is making every effort to get new brands onboard to list their products on ItsHerStore.com and educators to list their services on ItsHerSkill.com, free of charge. E-commerce marketing efforts have also been diversified and enhanced to include paid advertising in order to push online sales for registered sellers.
  2. Community –The platform is continuously striving to build a bigger community of sellers who can benefit from the platforms. Throughout this period, ItsHerWay has been proactively reaching out to these sellers offering additional support in staying afloat. With this effort of setting up an online pop-up, ItsHerWay also aims to keep the spirits of its entire community high.
  3. Collaboration – Every member of ItsHerWay community is linked together in a collective learning process. These meaningful relations help members work towards a common goal – Women’s Economic Empowerment. To make the best use of this down time, ItsHerWay has been holding free positivity, meditation, wellbeing and mentorship sessions as well as expert advice seminars in collaboration with numerous industry specialists.
